💡 About the Role:

We're seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our tech stack and transform our intelligent recommendation SaaS platform into a global product. You'll oversee a talented engineering team and define our technology roadmap.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable technical architecture
  • Lead development of our AI algorithms and recommendation engines
  • Manage a multidisciplinary tech team (backend, data, DevOps)
  • Ensure product quality, security and performance
  • Evaluate and integrate relevant new technologies

🛠️ Tech Stack:

Python/Node.js · AWS/GCP · TensorFlow/PyTorch · Kubernetes · PostgreSQL

✅ Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years in technical leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in cloud architectures and distributed systems
  • Strong background in data science/ML (recommendation systems preferred)
  • Experience scaling B2B/B2C SaaS platforms
  • Ability to align tech vision with business goals
  • Fluent English required
